ClimbGo is a mobile application where you buy only one pass and get access to many different climbing gyms within chosen city or across Poland. The app is compatible with iOS and Android operating system.

In order to use ClimbGo application you need to download it from the AppStore or Google Play – depending on the operating system of your phone. The next step is to register by entering your data or using Facebook, Google or Apple. You can already start using the application. You can easily purchase the chosen climbing pass by clicking button on the main screen. Payments are made via Przelewy24 – there is no need to register your card or provide any additional information.

Yes, downloading the app is free

The app can be downloaded via Google Play store or AppStore.

The app is available in polish and english language.

Unfortunately you cannot – the pass purchased via ClimbGo app can only be used at the climbing walls that have joined the program. The current list of climbing gyms participating in the program can be found in the app or on the website: www.climbgo.eu.

It is not necessary, however the location service will improve and facilitate your search for the closest climbing gyms that participate in the program.

Your e-mail address will be used to confirm the registration process. The data will only be available on the user account and will be used in case there is a need to contact the user, e.g. in case of any issues arising during the use of the application.

In the ClimbGo app every user will find something for himself. We offer 5 types of passes: OPEN, OPEN reduced, 8-entries, 8-entries reduced and ALL IN ONE.

In order to use the pass after its purchase, at the climbing gym reception desk you first scan a valid QR code displayed in the app, then show a document confirming your identity. In case of discounted pass, a valid school or student ID must also be presented at the reception of the climbing gym.

Reduced pass is dedicated for people under 26 with a valid school or student ID.

OPEN pass gives you access to all climbing gyms participating in the program within a given city (e.g. Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw). It is valid for 30 days starting from the day of purchase. Moreover, it can be used twice in another city in Poland. The pass entitles you to single entry to the facility per day.

The pass is valid for 60 days starting from the day of purchase. Moreover, this pass can be used twice in another city in Poland.

ALL IN ONE pass gives you access WITHOUT ANY LIMITS to all climbing gyms participating in the program across Poland. It is valid for 30 days starting from the day of purchase. The pass entitles you to single entry to the facility per day.

The following passes: OPEN, OPEN reduced and ALL IN ONE are active for a period of 30 days starting from the date of purchase, while the 8-entry and 8-entry reduced passes are active for 60 days from the date of purchase.

No – the pass is activated immediately after the payment is made.

Each pass can be used twice in another city in Poland. If you want to use ClimbGo pass more often in different cities, we encourage you to purchase the ALL IN ONE pass.

No, the pass is personal and assigned to one given person. If you want to buy a pass for a family member, can create a second account in the application, providing details of the person that will use the pass.

It is not possible – the pass purchased in the application is personal. One account can have a pass only for the person who is logged in to the account. To buy a pass for another person, you can create a second account with the data of the person that will use the pass.

Yes, however the pass can only be used by the user whose data was provided during registration in the app.

All in-app payments are made through the Przelewy24 service.
